cloudy art car

this morning i rode in a badly painted art car - falling apart toyota tercel with clouds painted all over it. i got to listen to cat stevens greatest hits. the car reeked of cigarette smoke, so i rolled down the window, which also helped drown out cat stevens greatest hits. the car swayed badly from side to side when we hit any bumps in the road. the woman driving was in her early 20's. no conversation. she lit a cigarette as soon as the passengers got out of the car.

The Outfit

Today I drove & picked up 3 riders from the carpool. You only have to pick up 2 to get in the carpool lane, but the line was freakin' long so I took an extra. 2 out of 3 passengers had on "the outfit." "The outfit" is a long sleeved blue button down shirt & khaki pants. It's everywhere in downtown SF.
